This presentation wants to bring attention to the teaching aspect of the Design, Technology and Management (DTM) response session. The word "response" is defined as an answer to a posed question, a reaction to an event, or an impulse caused by a stimulus. In the DTM context, it is an "in kind" offering given in return for something of value. The goal is to manage the giving and receiving aspects of the process, while seeking opportunities to mentor the participants.
