KCACTF Region 1 Festival 2020

The exercises are designed to help the artist get to know his/her self better. Each exercise uses physical practices combined with writing techniques in an effort to remove the creative blocks created by tension and self judgement. Through the use of breath, movement, and body awareness and a few writing exercises we will collectively celebrate the many ways you can move your body and mind to heightened levels of consciousness. Our goal is to come away with a self awareness that will then be translated into their art when crafting characters.
