The invigorating energy of a theatre festival can often generate a complex mix of emotions: excitement, enthusiasm, overwhelm, triumph and disappointment, curiosity and confusion. What's next? How do I find a foothold from which to establish myself in a career? How will my creativity and talent be valued?
Student and faculty attendees will have a practical and productive dialog exploring these questions. Additionally, you will learn and practice techniques (meditation, relaxation, breath, movement, and more) developed at The Shantigar Foundation to help you focus creative energy, cultivate magnetism, and ultimately create more moving and impactful art.
